Luke 27th May 2020

Quite a pain in the backside, as a teenager and even up until I was 22, I would come back to the house at midnight and slightly drunk, Nan would be awake and we'd sit there, her in the bed and me on the worktop at the end of the room and we'd natter about everything and anything. She'd tell me about everyone she'd seen that day and she'd ask who I'd gone out with and she'd complain that I didn't ring her to tell her I was coming home late! I definitely should have rang more. But she'd listen to random stuff about physics, about uni, about friends, about family. She'd always hold me for a cry as well. I love and miss her everyday.
